It is with great sadness the society regret to announce the death of our president, John Pickles.

I believe he joined the society in the late 1990’s as his first mention in the society’s records is in the minutes of the AGM in March 1999.

He became president on 8^th September 2021 and held the post until his passing.

We wish to pass on our condolences to his family and friends.
