Had a great day on your railway last Sunday. The kids loved it and they even got a lollipop at the end of the ride. We will definatley be back soon

Hi, we came to the park with our family today and our 2 daughters loved having a ride on the miniature train! Thankyou to all the volunteers who run this service. It is definitely appreciated by many and a great asset to the park.

My son who is severally disabled and in a wheelchair was told he can’t go on unless his carer also paid . His carer is from an agency and not allowed to pay . My son is legally not allowed to go on without a carer because he has no mental capacity . He cannot afford to pay for his carer . What is you access policy for disabled who require support . Both my son and carer felt embarrassed by the ticketing person . He has an access card proving he requires a carer . Very limited compassion from the ticket person . Could you clarify your carer policy please. If he has to pay for a carer he cannot ride again .

Good evening – I’m sorry to hear that your son and carer had a disappointing experience today. As a group of volunteers I am hoping to speak to those who were at the railway to clarify what took place and I will be able to respond in full to yourself
